My friend activated during a promo and I received this text however on the bill this month I did not receive the reward, how can I get that?

Go into self service and choose the Payment tab and then Payment History. Do you see a credit for RAF $5.00 for Nov 11?

That's because the $5 isn't actually part of the reward program. It's a one-time credit, a type that would always appear in the account balance. Some customers make this same mistake when looking for the $10 credit after joining as a referral.
