      <description>&lt;P&gt;Stupid Simon....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me the sequence for Simon to understand that I want the 2FA code sent via SMS Text? It's not giving me that option (the account login)....only email and my referral can't access their email at the moment. The account has active service. The password was just reset successfully with the 2FA code sent via SMS text. Or is this one of the many things Simon can't do and I should wonder why I wasted my time trying to chat with a dingbot? Thx....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That would normally be a symptom of a suspended account. A suspended account (other than self-suspend) can use sms for password reset but not the account 2FA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
