    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was offered last month for a new plan before my next renewal date, and somehow, when I checked my account the new plan was not pushed through the transaction. Currently, I am still using an older plan with only 4GB data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got a text message for this offer NOV 1st 2022 ($40/month 15GB) and replied yes to the new offer. I was supposed to have a new plan of 15GB for this November 13 - December 13 transaction.&amp;nbsp; I need help rectifying this issue. Now I have to remake my current queue to change my plan for Dec 13. Can admins help me rectify this issue?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/163326"&gt;@Ar-CS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First try logging into the account by using incognito/private mode as there's lots of caching issues with self serve account.&amp;nbsp; If you still don't see the new plan, then select Plans/Add-ons from the left side of page, then Change My Plan and Change at Next Renewal option as there's no prorating or refunds for immediate plan changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
