I want to create new account for my phone number which is linked to my husband's email id. Since two accounts cannot be linked with one email id, I want to use my email id instead.

You do not need to create new account.

Just ask agent to update your email with whatever email you need/want.

If you want to open new account so you and husband have PM accounts, then first change email on yuour account removing your husbanmd's email and then let him create new account with his email.

I suggest using a newly created email strictly for PM. this is a safety precaution and will deter any potential fraudster from gaining any access to important online accounts and your personal email.
