      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/264448"&gt;@fisnaris&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After your friend entered your code during the activation process, they may not have applied it and not gotten the green check &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt; mark.&amp;nbsp; No problem though, they can get that fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your friend will have to have a PM customer service rep fix it for them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can reach them by using the Chat Bot Simon to get a ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
