      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on a basic $15/m plan.&amp;nbsp; I moved, and had to get wifi. I was told I had to upgrade my account which I did to the $35/m plan that was recommended. When I tried to activate hotspot I was told to contact Telus. After being on hold for mmore than an hour, they said they couldn't access my account, and to contact Public Community&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no restriction on hotspot.&amp;nbsp; I believe that some iPhones show a message to contact the carrier, but this is a device issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263801"&gt;@guyc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;do you still have data left?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not restrict hotspot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot phone again and enable it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I remember there was a post before and all it missed was a one more reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not helps, check if&amp;nbsp;you disabled Data Saver and Power Saver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check and post your current APN settings here and maybe we can confirm if it is correctly set&lt;/P&gt;</description>
