$30 Bill Credit when you purchase any phone

New here and need some help. I just signed to Public Mobile and I wanted to get the $30 Bill Credit when you purchase any phone. I logged into my account and do not see an option to buy a new phone. I went to the website and tried ordering a new phone but does not say anything about a bill credit. How do I go about ordering the phone in order to get the bill credit?

make sure you use the same email address to make the purchase

Phone buying site is a different system. So, you can setup a new account with same email or buy as guest without setup account and just use same email address

I totally understand what you meant. I was the victim of impersonation last month. I agree PM should not allows this to happen. username should be unique by character, not just by case.

Upper and lower case is treated as the same when it comes to username, but If someone uses a zero instead of a letter O, the website.will allow it.

Well, it is unique as this person used 0 (zero) as part or ID.

If I see extensive bravos or similar irregularities it will be reported.
