Hi,

I transferred to the 4G plan for $40 and 15 gb. My phone still says I'm on 3G.

Does anyone know how to get the phone to sync with the new 4G speed?

On the customer service portal it confirms I'm on the correct plan and I'm in an area that it isn't a problem.

Thank you for your help.

The difference is only speed. If your phone says that you're connected to a 3g network, that means that there is either no LTE servcie in that area or your phone has been manually set to only connect to 3g networks, or that the phone isn't comaptible with LTE. If you're simply referring to the speed, it takes up to 48 hours for the faster speed to take effect.

In the past, did you manually select 3G in phone settings ?

Open phone settings / Cellular Data Options / Voice & Data ...make sure LTE is selected.

One thing you can try is to turn off, then turn on your phone (re-boot).
