    <description>&lt;P&gt;You'd think that a service not working request would get top priority for a CS-Agent to respond. I've been waiting a little over 24 hours and still nothing. Obviously, customer satisfaction is not #1 on their list. Hopefully there won't be any trouble porting out my number to another provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not have 24/7 support. I would expect some slow down over the weekend but they will get back to you. If it is longer than 24h, try sending another personal message (but do not overdo it).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
