Can you log into your self serve account using secret/incognito mode and check your transaction history? Do you see your 30 Day plan charge of $10 and your Data charge? Is there a balance in your available funds? If you only have a $10/30 Day plan charge you have suffered a renewal failure and must contact customer support to get it fixed.
