      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you in good reception area (not in basement)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data on the device works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you can try re-seating the SIM while re-booting the device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
