Everything matches up now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know why my device would show a drastically different amount of data usage than the self serve my account page??&amp;nbsp; Like it's a 10GB difference which seems extreme...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263447"&gt;@Remiko&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Incognito trick is to make sure you are not reading old cached page.&amp;nbsp; With Incognito mode it force the browser to connect to the server and not just read cached page on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;other workarounds is to clear cache and restart the browser or use another brand of browser&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
