UPDATE: Never mind lol, did some digging and found the incognito browsing trick. Everything matches up now.

Anyone know why my device would show a drastically different amount of data usage than the self serve my account page?? Like it's a 10GB difference which seems extreme...

Hi @Remiko Incognito trick is to make sure you are not reading old cached page. With Incognito mode it force the browser to connect to the server and not just read cached page on your device

other workarounds is to clear cache and restart the browser or use another brand of browser
