    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having trouble getting my account reactivated. Plan expired yesterday, made a pmnt today but all it will do is add money to my account. When I reactivate it says it was successful and may take 1/2 hour to go through but it’s been almost 6 hours and still nothing. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
