      <title>Password reset not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was away for several months and our IT guy tried to change my cc but the password reset emails verification don't actually arrive in my email (nor spam nor all mail and yes we know how to check!). Now the account has gone dormant so I'm stuck and will loose my number. Please verify how to reset my password? It's so frustrating cause it was working just fine? Anyhow, please help, tx!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shari&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;furthermore, the community emails and promotional emails arrive but not the password reset emails nor any warnings about my account type of account related emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems to be the second issue raised today. Reach out to the chat support and they should be able to help. Maybe it is a system related issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Does it say request successfully processed when you reset and you dont receive an email or you get an error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AND the same thing happened to me this past summer but we were able to get it reset by having a moderator send a code to my email and that worked. So annoying!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
