      <description>&lt;P&gt;While you wait for CSA to respond...have you tried any of the previous suggestions...eg; have you tried making payment manually ? You can do this in 611 or 1-855-4-pu-blic or logging in to the chatbot or obviously the account. You can buy vouchers or use real time payments. You would need your 4 digit account pin to use your registered credit card in 611.
