      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long since it was last working ? If longer than 90 days...that sim is done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, you can get payment vouchers at Shell Gas and dial 611 to add them to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean to re-establish service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If 'your' number now belongs to somebody else that means your PM has been closed after 90 days of no payment and number assigned to somebody else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please clarify if that is the case...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your account will be closed and SIM is dead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to buy another PM SIM and pick a new number when you activate the new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
