How can i use a refer code ?

You enter it in during activation on the payment screen. Be sure to click Add and hope for the green checkmark.

I just tested a possible one that someone had posted and it came up invalid. Maybe they suspended their account.

HI @Blu68 if you have not activated yet, there is a step during activation for you to enter the code

But if you have activated but forgotten to put that in, and you have just activated not long ago, maybe CS agent can manually apply it back for you

Just open ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

There are many social media sites you can share your special referal code! I advise Reddit. Otherwise, you sharing the code allows others to recieve a $10 discount as well as have you earn rewards. Read more about your PB rewards on the "My Rewards" section when you sign in.
