I received a promotional e-mail advertising a Samsung A13 phone for $199.0, when I click on Buy now the price is $259.00. I would like to buy this phone, please advise.?

I had the same issue. I opened a ticket and Customer Support said they are working on it and the website should be updated "soon" to reflect the sale prices.

They seemed to have send the black Friday emails in advance by mistake...it will probably be updated by black Friday

Sigh. I don't know what these marketing people get paid but come on, apparently very little for this level of attention to detail.
