      <title>Plan Change Overcharge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a plan change to that $40 plan for 15GB from my current $35 plan last month. I charge was pre-authorized for the $40 plan, but the change didn't go through. So I paid an extra $5, the plan didn't change, and there is no credit in the account for $5. I went through it again to try to change the plan again the next pay cycle. But how do I get my money back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your account what plan is active. Sometimes PM's page is not properly refreshed and shows old status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
