      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have a registered card, tried to make a payment and it keeps coming up “ ooops there was a problem with the payment try again later “ I have tried again later but still keeps coming up with that error. There is money in the bank !!! ( I bought vouchers and entered the codes and it accepted that payment ) just curious why it will not accept my registered card that I have used before ?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/54763"&gt;@clee72&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The payment system can be finnicky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next time, try clearing cache and cookies, then opening an incognito tab before logging in to make payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, when on the self-serve site, try tapping the little refresher icons within to get an up to date version of the page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
