      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately. it still doesnt work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon further investigation..every other phone call/receive works except dialing to this 1 local number (my...which gets me the message not enough minutes.&amp;nbsp; I can receive call from that number no problem just cant dial to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
