I have lost my sim card and I would like to replace it what should I do?

@Faouzi hi go to your nearest koodo or telus store and pick one up(call ahead for stock) then go into your self serve under profile and change number to new sim

You have to purchase new SIM card and then replace it through My Account

Call ahead to whatever store/kiosk. Only corporate stores/kiosks sell them. Or online from Public.

Alternatively, you can order a public mobile sim card off ebay for $5 (they were $3 until a few months ago). I often kept an extra one on hand (at that price) "just in case". If you do order online, be sure to get an actual sim card, not just someone's referral code.
