I agree sounds like a glitchy phone. Do you have a spare phone to use for a few days to verify?

Hey! Over the past week I keep getting a notification that I do not have a SIM card inserted into my phone and I have to restart my device for it to be recognised. It was happening a couple times a day, and now it seems to be more often. Does anybody know what I should do?

@llevesque Try to reseat the sim card (power off the phone first, remove sim card and wipe the connection clearn, insert it back firmly and power up)

See if that works, if not, try to test it in another phone for couple days and see if it is better. Need to do this as it could also be problem with the device sim slot

You can also try to put another active sim card into your current phone for couple days to see if you get the same error

If you think it is very likely a sim problem, open ticket with PM Support. Work with them on some troubleshooting steps. If they conclude it could be a faulty sim card, ask them if they can reimburse the sim card replacement cost

Most likely your phone is loosing connection with SIM card.

Remove SIM, try to blow away potential dust accumulated in phone's SIM slot (try to use air-can not breath), check for bent contacts. Clean SIM's contact with alcohol. Push SIM back. Try your SIM in another phone. Highly unlikely SIM failed.
