      <description>&lt;P&gt;You enter it into the series of boxes that should pop up when you start the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a different browser or device or use private mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's called 2 factor authentication. Lots of online places do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't remember the email address that you used when you signed up then look in all your email inboxes to find marketing emails or the welcome email from here when you signed up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
