      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263478"&gt;@billyqing&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;have you make any plan change lately?&amp;nbsp; If a plan change made, the 12 month 2GB bonus will be gone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to logon to My Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if you see the 2GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, it could also be gone from My Account&amp;nbsp; if you have used up your 2GB on this month.&amp;nbsp; If it is this case, you will see the 2GB again on your next cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are certain you didn't used it up on this cycle, and you checked with Incognito mode and still don't see it, open ticket with PM support:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
