      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's the mystery "14" footnote on the new $18 plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I had a screenshot if the original terms of service when I scheduled the change to the new $15 plan. I only noticed now that the footnote "3" allows Public Mobile to change or cancel this plan at anytime without notice ( bar the 30 days in the general ToS). Shame on me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
