login is not working

I can't login to my account. I was getting a password error (which was not an actual error) so I tried to reset, and that give an error message as well ?

After password reset you have to wait at least 15-20 min and then to try again.

What do you mean 'not actual error'? Either you provided correct or incorrect password.

There is no wait time after resetting the password. The new password works immediately.
