      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port out your number? When was your previous renewal supposed to be? How close to the end of the 30 days did you port out (if you did)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you determine you are 'not PM customer anymore'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you cancel your account? Removed autopay?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not and did not port out your number your account is still active and charges will continue unless you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-remove autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-send a note to agent to remove credit card number from your ccoount&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-port out your number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
