    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263137"&gt;@chume3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the email address or phone number belong to an active PM account.&amp;nbsp; Double check before submit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I provided an email address used in an old PM account which was canceled a few years ago.&amp;nbsp; I don't get any reply. because that PM account is no longer an active account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This leads to my next questions to determine your account is still active.&amp;nbsp; You account is still active even your account is suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When did your last renewal correctly?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your renewal did not processed correctly, your account will be suspended.&amp;nbsp; Your account will be canceled 90 days after suspension,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&lt;STRONG&gt;s your phone still working?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call your PM phone number with another phone. If you get "&lt;STRONG&gt;the number you dialed is not assigned&lt;/STRONG&gt;",&amp;nbsp; your PM a/c was canceled and you will not get any response on your reset password request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes it makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
