      <title>Cannot receive or send calls or texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot log into my account to see what is wrong but I can't receive or make calls. I don't understand as I've signed up for monthly automatic billing. I keep trying to get help from customer service but the chat bot is no help, keeps prompting me to make a ticker but I have to sign into my account to do that.. which I cannot log into! Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What recording do you get when you dial 611? So run it down...calls in and out? Texts in and out? Browsing internet not on wifi? What works?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
