Until a few months ago I had the moto one vision. I bought my new phone and everything went great. Then I changed my plan to a lower cost one with less data. Therefore I decided to deactivate the chat features on the text message app (I use the one pre-installed). Ever since I can't send any photos as text messages. Even when I reactivate the chat features my cellphone still won't send any pictures as text messages anymore.
