      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data hasn't worked for a month, i paid for my service, i should have 12gb over 90 days but i keep getting an error message saying i am unable to access the web&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help me, a month is ridiculous, i don't want to post my number in the open forums here, will an admin pm me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/19830"&gt;@robmack&lt;/a&gt;, the problem with data not working can be due to something on your end or something on the public mobile end. &amp;nbsp;From what is typically reported here, it's usually at the customer end with issues like APN settings, data meter, etc. &amp;nbsp;As already recommended, check your account and if there's nothing wrong there, troubleshoot your end. &amp;nbsp;If you can give more precise information, the people here can assist. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't take a month to fix a data issue. &amp;nbsp;You gotta own part of the solution process here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;another thingto try is to pop&amp;nbsp; your sim into another phone and set up the apn in that phone.&amp;nbsp; that is also a good check fo phone issues.&amp;nbsp; also maybe try a network settings reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
