    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used my Data from Plan but my account shows 440MB remaining from Add-on purchased. However, no data service working. I have done the following steps without any luck:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Turn on Aeroplan mode and turn off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset Cellular Setting i.e APN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset Network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on iPhone X.&amp;nbsp;Please let me know what to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As well click on the spinner icon to refresh the page in self service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
