      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/195500"&gt;@sherr1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you paid your bill, but if you login again using&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you should see it staying as Available Fund and not used for renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have three choice to get data back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. use the fund on the account to buy data addon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. open&amp;nbsp; ticket with support and ask them to use the fund and process early renewal for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Manually change plan to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;a different one from what you have now&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Click Change plan now to make the change immediately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid bill early?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you mean you added funds to your account? That will not give you more data. New allotment gets allocated at renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you did managed to renew early (why?) you should have new data allotment available to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So WHAT did you do exactly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
