Even though your son is on autopay, I would manually make a payment in self service before your son’s renewal date. That &amp;nbsp;payment will be added to Available Funds in self service and used at renewal time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132611"&gt;@JK8&lt;/a&gt;, I am not sure what it is with my sons account, but everything about payment with PM is a major struggle.&amp;nbsp; We have 4 PM accounts in the family and the other three are never a problem.&amp;nbsp; His payments are almost always an issue whether manual or auto pay and he has been through 4-5 SIM cards in 2 years.&amp;nbsp; It is almost enough to drive me back to Bell/Telus/Rogers.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
