      <description>&lt;P&gt;i was in cuba last 10 days and since the web reception is ver poor i tried to play with the settings.... trying to find the sim card password&amp;nbsp; and tried too many times... it blocked and now it is saying sim card not valid&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need a new sim and yes contact support for the code when you have the new sim. Explain this all to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
