    <description>&lt;P&gt;I already restarted my phone a few times. It is a pixel 5. The phone was on Koodo, so I do not think there would be any issues on the Telus network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone not working after activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my phone and ported my number. Now my old sim does not work and Public Mobile does not work. I now do not have text, phone, or nothing sadly.&amp;nbsp; I submitted a ticket, but wanted to also check out here just in case I missed anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's a service provisioning issue, you'll need to wait for the customer support agent to respond to your ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
