U can contact the CS-Agent to resend the requested. Please be aware the system will be down on Nov 13. Make sure u did it before that day. otherwise, nobody can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested that my number be ported from my previous provider to Public Mobile and the request was made, but I never received the confirmation text message. My previous provider is now saying that the port must be requested again to proceed. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
