How long does the switch from my old 3G to 4g plan take. My account shows the new plan but speed test says the opposite. 4G is slower than 3G rn

I switched over 6 weeks ago. to 4G . my speeds are worse now than they were on 3G . I pulled my sim card and put it in my wife phone. Again I get same results. My upload is 4G but my download is only 3+ mb max. According to PM tech support that qualiifies for 4G. Now that is gone from $40.00 and 15 gb down I will never use all my bandwidth.

All I can suggest is don't test your speeds you may not be happy.
