I am new to public

i was given Error code 837

and a message said to change my region from ON

i am in BC and have no idea what this means

@KirstenMusial Go to the PM home site: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/ and change the region located right below the Public Mobile logo. Also, try activating using Incognito/Private browsing mode.

@KirstenMusial , the province information is not important. This service does not discriminate in any way based on region. If you cannot change the province, don't worry about it.
