This gets reset nightly or when you toggle airplane mode on and turn your mobile data

Hey, guys, I wish I was not the only one wondering why the data usage measurements were different between my phone and my Public Mobile online account website. It's been at the range of 7MB~12MB, of course, the PM server was always MORE, could it be even more? I used to setup my usage-limit-alarm 50MB below the “Plan”, maybe I should go lower, say, 80 MB ‘coz even my phone has some delay on showing the “ measurement”

Phones report usage based on monthly cycles which means that the dates won't be alligned.
