    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently opened an account with Public Mobile. I can make calls, received text messages and voice calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When Incoming calls come in, the calls goes directly to my Voice Mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the following: activate/deactivate airplane mode, do not disturb mode, wifi sitting, take out Sims Card, restart phone, check my account is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you call somebody, what number do they see?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You said 'I can make calls, received text messages and voice calls'. And then 'When Incoming calls come in the calls goes directly to my Voice Mail' meaning you CANNOT receive voice calls. Does your phone rings at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
