      <title>US Roaming add on process failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. &amp;nbsp;I purchased a talk text and data add on ($20) prior to my current trip to the USA. &amp;nbsp;I started it a couple of days earlier than I’d wanted to, since I anticipated the ability to enter a start date. &amp;nbsp;So, it ran out two days early. &amp;nbsp;I signed on and tried to Add funds to my account so I could buy another add on. &amp;nbsp;I couldn’t figure out how to do that, so I proceeded to “BUY” the add on, and it was charged to my credit card. I received a receipt for the payment/purchase, but I do not see the add on in my plan. &amp;nbsp;I guessed that I had to now buy it again, since money now appeared in my account. That didn’t work either. &amp;nbsp;So, I’ve paid a total of $40 for TWO US add ons, and don’t have either of them. &amp;nbsp; Can I get some help to activate the add on before November 11th ends, as I’ll be travelling and will NOT have my phone service! &amp;nbsp;I’d also appreciate one of the $20 purchases credited back to me. &amp;nbsp;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
