I try to renew my payment and to change my credit card info and it keep on saying "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later."

It has been over a week now that I haven't been able to renew my plan !

It is very frustrating

@Jessica92 Are you using incognito/private mode on the browser? You can try another browser too.

For now purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone. This gives you more time to sort out the login issue.

hi try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser in private or incognito mode try to log in again

I cleared my cookies and cache, used google incognito and still it doesn't work...
