Can you call in and out? Text in and out? Is it an iphone? What do you need data for in your safety context?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill. &amp;nbsp; And now my phone data is not connecting to the network. &amp;nbsp; Please help as I have tried to turn off my phone and hard restart and not correcting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no human I can speak to ???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
