      <description>&lt;P&gt;is receiving calls the same issue?&amp;nbsp; data?&amp;nbsp; sms?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might need to contact CSA for them to do some checking in the backend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/262466"&gt;@19LISA63&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you possibly on a plan with limited outgoing minutes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, you can purchase a calling add-on for $5.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It gets you 500 minutes, and they never expire.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are definitely leaving here, remember billing isn't month to month, it's a 30 day rotating period so be sure to check your account to see how many days are left before you port out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Recommend porting out 3-4 days prior to the end of your current 30-day cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you do, keep the Public Mobile SIM card in the device until you receive the Port Authorization Request from your newly selected provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
