      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you do a number transfer?&amp;nbsp; Until the transfer is complete, incoming calls would continue to go to the old phone service.&amp;nbsp; Also you need to have confirmed the number transfer via the old service in order for it to complete.&amp;nbsp; If you have done this, then it might take a bit of time for the transfer to complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
