Dropping calls right away

When i make calls out it will drop call right away. But ppl can call me with no issue and i can recive the calls. I did phone reset but still not working

Try setting your phone to 3g only network and try again.

If you're on the $15 plan with only 100 out going calls, then maybe your out of minutes. Login to your account and check.

@theriaultmitch , do you notice any issues with signal strength? Have you done any software updates recently. It is strange that outgoing calls don't work but incoming does.

Hi @theriaultmitch if you can receive calls but not able to make outbound calls, I am not sure charging to 3G only helps. You can try, no harm

Try reboot the phone and reseat the sim

Try to make calls in different areas and it should work when you are testing in different locations

what kind of phone do you have??

have the same issue. Phone restart didn't help

It somehow fixed itself few mins after i posted this ticket. I had gotten home from an area 2 hours away so not sure if that had anything to do with it
