Somethings broken.

I attempted to change my plan but it suspended my account upon the renewal date and now each time i go and reactiviate my account it says my payment is processed and even gives me a receipt. but nothing changes and it always takes me back to the same screen saying my account is suspended.

Try a different browser or device or use private mode. Are your services working?

Try logging in using a different browser in incognito mode.

Your probably seeing an old cached page of information. Try again 🙂

Don't forget to restart your phone too.

make sure PM didn't charge you

Try clearing cache and relaunch browser

Or use Private/Incognito mode to try login and reactivate

the website doesn't automatically refresh. you need to press the refresh buttons
