      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had upgraded to a $40 pkg with the 5gigs in Oct and was charged for it on Oct 28 BUT my account still shows the old $35 pkg with only 3 and do I get the 12 for 12 month promotion which was the biggest reason for my change&lt;/P&gt;</description>
